I am imagining that right now you might be feeling anxious, uncertain and maybe even scared about the future and how this may look for you and your baby.
With all the rumours and uncertainties, you are bound to be feeling overwhelmed.
All these feelings are totally normal, especially for a pregnant Mumma, but with our current "new way of life" I am sure you are feeling more stressed about preparing for your baby and for labour.
Whether you are still working, have lost your job or you are at home, you are now limited where you can go.
The Prime Minister has told us to only go to work, go grocery shopping, go for a walk, and then go straight home, and tonight at Midnight even more restrictions.
No socialising, no stop-offs at your best mates, no family gatherings.
So, what does this mean for you and preparing for your baby's arrival?
It means you should plan further ahead BUT help yourself by taking only one step at a time!
