Pour the flour into a mixing bowl or electric mixer. Whisk in the egg and slowly pour in the milk. Continue to whisk until all combined.
Preheat a frying pan to medium heat. Use a large spoon to scoop the batter into the pan (adjust amount to the size of pancake that you want).
Let the pancakes cook until bubbles form and then flip each pancake. Cook the other side until golden brown. Serve with fruit of your choice.
